BOOKINGS POLICY

DEPOSITS

All appointments can be booked online or in-salon. All clients are requested to pay a booking deposit of at least 50% to secure your appointment, although selected services require payment in full at the time of booking. If you opt not to pay for your appointment on any of our online booking facilities, you will receive instructions via email from us requesting the deposit to be paid either via BACS transfer into our business account, in cash or by card in-salon, at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your deposit will always be deducted from your final bill. Balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment by cash, card or via BACS transfer.

 

NO-SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS

No-shows or appointments cancelled without 48 hours notice will result in the deposit or full payment on selected services, being forfeited. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the treatment fee, which will be applied to your account and charged to you on your next visit to the salon. Multiple rescheduling of appointments, cancellations and no-shows will lead to you being requested to pay a non-refundable full charge for your appointment in order to book further appointments with us.

 

LATENESS

In the event that we are fully booked, failure to arrive on time for your appointment with adequate time to carry out the treatment may result in having to shorten your appointment in order to finish on time for our next Guest. If you are extremely late we may be unable to carry out the treatment. Whether we have to shorten or cancel your appointment due to lateness, we still reserve the right to charge you the full treatment fee.

 

REFUNDS

All deposits and full payments are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

 

PREMIUM APPOINTMENTS

Premium Appointments for selected services are available upon request. This service is for those that require a private home appointment and includes early morning or late night bookings. Premium Appointments must be paid in full in advance and the final bill is completely dependant on the service selected, time and location.

PATCH TESTS

Under no circumstances will we carry out a brow lamination, lash lift or brow/lash tint service without a 48 hour patch test here at Ariela London. This is for your safety to ensure that you don't have an adverse reaction to any of the ingredients in the products. The patch test will be required if;

- you are a first time client

- you have not had this treatment with us for 6 months

- you have had the Covid-19 vaccine

- the formulas of any of these products are altered in any way

 

CLIENTS UNDER 18

Clients under the age of 18 must have a Parental Consent Form and a Consultation Form signed by a parent or guardian to consent to the treatment being carried out. All minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and they are prohibited from most chemical treatments. Please enquire before booking.

BRINGING COMPANY

Both our salon locations have very limited seats in the main waiting area and we are trying to be responsible with our capacity during the current Covid-19 pandemic. We really want you to enjoy your experience so all appointments are one-on-one for both privacy and ambience. Your technician also needs to be able to have the space to work comfortably without distractions. As such, you are required to attend your appointment alone.

 

CHILDREN

Creating a relaxing atmosphere is important for both our Guests and their technician, as is Health & Safety in the salon. We work with all kinds of equipment that can easily be damaged and products that we do not wish to expose children to. Regrettably, we cannot have children present at your appointment and children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone in the main waiting area as they will be unsupervised in a busy salon.

 

PHOTOGRAPH DISCLAIMER

If opting in to have a photograph or video taken, we have full ownership of the photograph or video, which may be used on any/all of our social media platforms and/or website.

ADDITIONAL HAIR EXTENSIONS POLICY

DEPOSITS

You must be absolutely certain you wish to proceed with the hair extensions fitting prior to booking your appointment, as hair extensions are ordered and prepared according to each individual's requirements. Appointments require an initial non-refundable deposit of at least 50% which can be paid via BACS transfer into our business account or in cash or by card in-salon. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. The balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. No-shows or appointments cancelled without 72 hours notice, will result in part or all of the deposit being forfeited.
 

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

72 hours notice is required for the rescheduling of hair extension appointments. Appointments rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice will result in part or all of the deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee.
 

LATENESS

In the event that we are fully booked, should you arrive far too late for your appointment where there is inadequate time to carry out the service, this will mean that we will have to book out a second appointment slot for you. As a result, an additional £150 will be required in advance to secure another appointment slot. Should you choose to cancel your appointment altogether, part or all of the original deposit will be forfeited.

 

Our hair extensions pricelist is a guide only. Prices vary according to individual requirements and changes on the day of your appointment. A hair extension consultation is required prior to booking an appointment to assess hair health, establish a suitable fitting method, carry out a precise colour matching service and to achieve an accurate quotation. Should you wish to go ahead with booking an appointment, your consultation fee along with the 50% booking deposit will be deducted from your final bill.


Micro Rings move-up or rotation maintenance appointments must be booked up to 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment to avoid any strain or damage to the natural hair. Anything exceeding 8 weeks will be classed as a full removal and new set.
 

We are always on hand to advise on how to look after your hair extensions correctly. At the time of any rotation maintenance or removal service, if there is matting to the hair extensions an un-matting hourly charge will be added onto your final bill.
 

If you have any issue with your hair extensions, please contact us in writing at info@arielalondon.com with photos within the 7 days following your appointment in order for us to be given a fair opportunity to make an assessment. You will be required to come into the salon so that we can see the hair in person, find a suitable solution for you and make rectifications or replacements, if necessary. Failure to do so will exempt you from any entitlement to any partial refund or any form of a claim should the issue arise. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances due to the length of hair extension appointments, coupled with the fact that all hair extensions are specifically ordered and customised for each individual client. Ariela London will not be held responsible for any hair extensions that have been modified in any way eg. cut, bleached, coloured, used toner/purple shampoo on outside of your appointment or if the condition deteriorates due to poor hair management and will therefore not replace the extensions nor will they warrant any form of refund or claim should an issue arise.

We cannot guarantee the use of Ariela Hair or Nude London hair extensions whilst on holiday/in warmer climates for various reasons, including discolouration of the hair when coming into contact with swimming pool chlorine and the hair drying out through excess heat. We strongly advise all customers using hair extensions to avoid both submerging hair in chlorine and sea water as this can damage hair and hair colour. Use a hard water treatment, hair care containing SPF sun protection, tie hair up and cover with a swimming cap as a precaution.
 

By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you agree with this Booking Policy along with Terms & Conditions and all other policies listed on this website (www.arielalondon.com). This includes bookings made in person, over the telephone, via text message, email and online via our booking system or any other digital medium. We reserve the right to amend our prices and policies whenever required and without prior notice. Any exceptions to the above policy are completely at the owner's discretion.
