TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order online with www.arielalondon.com you are offering to purchase a product or service and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
When placing an order you undertake that you are 18 or over, all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Ariela London is responsible for all card and PayPal transactions made on our website. All credit card details are entered on a secure page and are transferred using SSL to secure and encrypt all data.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

AVAILABILITY
We at Ariela London make every effort to update our products available for purchase. However, if for any reason this is not implemented we will contact you immediately via email giving you two options; wait for the product to be available with an expected delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.

DELIVERY
UK delivery options include Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm next working day). Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available as an add-on to the Special Delivery™ service for orders placed on Fridays. Guaranteed Saturday delivery ensures that your item is delivered by 1pm on Saturday. In the unlikely event that your item is not delivered on time, we will refund the additional surcharge for Saturday delivery.
These delivery times do not apply to customised products or services. Customised products or services usually have a processing time of 10 – 14 days in addition to the delivery time, unless stated otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to guarantee the above delivery timings as there have been reported postal delays with the Royal Mail as well as our International couriers. Ariela London will not be held liable for any inconveniences caused by delayed deliveries by our delivery partners and therefore will not be offering compensation for any orders not delivered within the stated timeframes during this period.
